Some computer and software problems can be handled remotely. Call Stahr Computers first to describe the issue and confirm whether a remote session is suitable.
Start with a call
Describe the device, operating system, symptoms, and whether it can still connect to the internet.
Agree on the session
Stahr Computers will explain the connection method and next steps before you begin. No remote connection starts through this website.
Know when hands-on help is needed
Hardware failures and some connectivity problems require physical access. If remote help is unsuitable, discuss an on-site option.
